| We have a great team right now at Rocky Honda. Its the best in the City. The guys that are with us make well above industry average money and are happy doing it. They delivered over 20 units each in February and March. It’s a good time. We are ecstatic with our guys but they simply cannot handle all the leads and customers coming through our door.
There have been a couple of other “salespeople” that thought that their good looks, personality and love for bikes would be enough to get them by. They found out that being successful requires a lot of product knowledge, with a heap of customer knowledge, a dedication to service, and important follow-up. The ones that have left us were disappointed in finding out that they just couldn't do that well sitting around all day waiting for customers to fill out bills of sale! The job requires hard work.

| We hope that doesn’t scare you away but the days seem to be over, if they ever existed at all, when the customers lined up at the door waiting to buy. Customers still buy, and we believe there are just as many of them, but they need to be assured that they are buying the right product from the right place and the right person. As a matter-of-fact, our customers will size you up, and if you are not the real deal, they will move on.

| We offer some of the best training in the industry including online product training that will get you up-to-speed on Honda product. We work as a team, go for rides together and help both each other out and each other’s customers out. Hours include most Saturdays because that seems to be when people want to buy bikes, but we always work around everyone’s schedule so they can get a break when needed. A couple of evenings a week we stay open until 8:00 but you usually only need to work one of them.

| We go for rides from time to time and you would be expected to invite your customers and friends and come with us. If you like the idea of all this and want to make some good money, drop us a line. |
